Client Reporting

All clients receive full reporting, on all incidents requiring notification; these will include such items as faulty lights, graffiti, concerns on the cleaning, and vandalism. The reporting method in the main will usually take the form of email, but in urgent cases we will inform you by telephone as well.


Service Resolutions

Any dispute and/or complaint arising out of Contract and the provision of services as stated in the ‘Specification of Services’ shall be notified to the Company.

In the case of such dispute we undertake to investigate and remedy, within a reasonable and practicable time scale, to the mutual agreement of all parties. (as per our complaints policy)


Health and Safety

The company places great emphasis on the health and safety of its staff, customers and members of the public. To this end our Managing Director has completed the IOSH Directing Safely courses.

Each site has an accident reporting procedure. This covers accidents involving staff, residents, and visitors.

Each site contains an accident report book and clear guidelines for our staff on what do in the event of an accident.

A full Risk Assessment will be carried out of the site during the initial commencement of the contract.

Any other training which carries relevance to the job role of our staff members, we would list and recommend prior to commencement of the contract.
