Caretaker Services

The role is varied with elements of building maintenance, some general cleaning / litter picking duties, site security and supervision of contractors. Our experienced caretakers will be interacting with residents, contractors, couriers and visitors and hold calm and friendly approach, supported by excellent communications skills.

An aptitude for some basic DIY skills are also used and carry out emergency minor repairs, replace light bulbs and ensure limited maintenance of the building as well as taking water meter readings.

The caretaker will ensure that the premises is clean and free of hazardous materials, checking and monitoring standards of works from cleaning, gardening and window cleaning contractors, reporting any problems to the Property Manager.

Our caretakers on site are known as the eyes and ears of the building and report back to the clients working closely with them. We strive to provide an excellent service which shows the highest possible levels of commitment to quality and professionalism in what we do.
