Front desk is the first place where residents / visitors/contractors arrive and come in touch with the staff. The well presented staff will meet and greet at the lobby of the building
Staff working in the front office can also deal with tasks, such as checking and responding to emails, mail/ parcel handling, CCTV monitoring, Key holding services, ensuring there is no unauthorised access providing a safety and security for the residents, carrying out scheduled patrols to the building, reporting breaches in site regulations and the building and meeting contractors on site and arranging access within allocated times.
Our staff have the local knowledge of the area which benefits visitors and contractors when in site.
