Working their way through the building, our fully experienced, uniformed staff will clean appropriately maintaining the high standards expected, causing minimal disruption.

They will check light bulbs and change them if necessary. They will also ensure that time-switches are set correctly.

External Cleaning of Communal Areas

The front entrance is the focal point of your building. Our staff will clean and polish surfaces, keeping a close eye to the last detail, sweeping and litter-picking the surrounding grounds and disinfecting the bin areas as necessary.

Our dedicated staff will write detailed reports on each visit and our Managers will action them accordingly.

For the benefit of both our staff and residents, we are ‘Safe Contractors’ accredited and we carry full employers and public insurance, which is important to our ARMA registered clients.

Keeping up with the latest Health & Safety regulations, our Operations Managers regularly update and train all our staff as well as inspect all properties, to ensure quality control and satisfactory results are achieved.

In addition, all our vehicles have been installed with Masternaut’s tracking system, so that we can monitor each vehicles movement at any time of the day.
