Porters, and caretakers we provide both, to clients on various sites, some for mornings, others on whole day assignments, and even 24/7 cover.  Porters and caretakers are a very important visible presence at an apartment block and with our experience we can tailor the service to your needs.

Please talk to us about your requirements on your site, as our innovative thinking may be able to save you money, whilst still providing the caretaker cover demanded of in some blocks. Our caretakers collect rubbish from apartments, sign in visitors, and deliveries, amongst their duties.

Porter roles vary, Beechwood can provide day and night porters, the visible presence in the lobby, or porter office, provides your residents with peace of mind, and the assurance that visitors and deliveries are not missed.

The porter and caretaker become an integral part of the fabric of the building, and many of our staff are considered to be key personnel on the site that they are based, quickly building relationships with  the residents.
